Shipping Policy
- Orders containing multiple products will be dispatched together when possible.
- All orders are shipped with an invoice. If you do not receive one, contact customer service.
- Orders are processed Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays or national holidays will be processed the next working day.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Prepaid orders placed before 11:30 AM will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be processed the next working day.
- No shipping on Saturday and public holidays.
- A shipment tracking number will be sent via email once the order is shipped.
- Delivery typically takes 3-10 working days. Delays will be communicated.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before invoicing. Once invoiced and packed, cancellation is not possible.
- No cancellations for special occasion products.
- Orders under same-day delivery cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation charges post-shipment: NPR 150 for orders under NPR 4999, NPR 500 for orders between NPR 5000-9999, and NPR 750 for orders NPR 10000 and above.
Returns Policy
- Contact customer service immediately if the delivered product is different, defective, or damaged.
- If the package appears tampered with, refuse delivery and contact customer service.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days for products with technical issues.
- Returns are not accepted for personal preferences if the product is not defective.
- Physical damage not reported within 4 hours of receipt, or damage caused by the customer, is not eligible for return.
Product Pricing
- Product prices are current but may change without notice.
- In case of pricing errors, orders may be canceled with a full refund.
- Prices include applicable taxes.
